Distance: 1.6 miles, PT exercises and pedaling
Ciwt was thinking maybe a new cat would be a good Christmas present for herself. Until...she tried to kneel down to get to know some adorable candidates at the shelter. Oooops, she'd forgotten she was still flexibility challenged. The cats mostly stared at her with zero interest probably knowing they would be completely bored with former yoga teacher Ciwt's current play skills.
