Off to the Big Apple - NOT --- Day 4/345

Walk: 450 Sutter (Union Square)
Distance: 4 miles and small home yoga to get out the kinks

 YES (4+ Hours in the dentist chair instead of the Big Apple).  Quite the switch and Ciwt is still feeling disoriented).
