Muscle Beach Murals. Whole happy area thronged with relaxed, colorfully dressed tourists. According to Ciwt's driver, what they don't know is that all sorts of seedy types are blending in with them during the day. At night, when the tourists are gone (hopefully for them) and the beach is pitch black, they will take over the Venetian-themed area.
Then in the morning, strolling camouflage begins again.
