Distance: 3 miles and home yoga practice
Last time I walked down a block near Trader Joe's all the houses looked like this:
(shabby if you can't quite see)I remember because a single woman friend of mine was considering buying a house on it many years ago. When I went with her to look you could hear a boom box from blocks away and even one of the neighbor women advised her it might be unsafe for her in the neighborhood.
So what a surprise to come around the corner today and see these lovely painted ladies:
