Thursday is my Marin day, and one of my favorite trails is the section of the Miwok that begins at the Tennessee Valley parking lot. No need for my words - here is the beginning of the trail.
You'll probably see more pictures of it over the next year on this blog. It is an approximate 15 minute drive from San Francisco, across the Golden Gate Bridge and on to the Stinson Beach/Muir Woods exit.
